Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be available for pre-order. This policy outlines what to expect when making these types of purchases. 

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that will be available soon and is not yet in inventory. We will collect full payment. You cannot cancel a pre-order once it has been placed. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
