Return and refund policy

To process a return, please access our customer portal.

 

We want you to absolutely LOVE your purchase from Mod Rose Boutique! We promise to do our best to deliver amazing products and the best customer experience possible. That said, we do accept returns, but here are a few things to keep in mind:

  • In order to control our costs and keep prices low for you, we will gladly offer you store credit for an item meeting our return guidelines if returned within 14 days of order date. Please email support@modroseboutique.com for a Return Authorization Form. It can also be downloaded HERE for your convenience.
  • Store credit will be issued within 7 business days of the return arriving at our office for the purchase price of eligible returned merchandise. You will be notified via email that your store credit has been issued, along with instructions on how to redeem it.
  • Shipping will not be refunded on any returned items and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All returns must:

  • Be postmarked within 14 days of ORDER DATE. (Exception: Pre-Orders must be postmarked within 21 days of SHIP DATE.)
  • Be received in original, unused condition with original product packaging and original tags attached and not be considered a “Final Sale” item. If an item has stains, smells of cigarette smoke, perfume, or deodorant, has animal hair, or any appearance of being worn, it will not be accepted as a return, and you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. 
  • Include the original invoice or a copy of the order confirmation emailed to you.
  • Make sure you include the suite number on your return.

Defective Item: If you have received a defective item, please get in touch with us at support@modroseboutique.com within three business days of receiving your shipment. Please include written details about the defect and attach pictures.

Final Sales (no exceptions) All FINAL SALE/CLEARANCE items are FINAL and CANNOT be returned. For hygienic purposes, all sales are final on all swimwear, jewelry, undergarments, hair accessories, hats, beanies, socks, and eyewear and cannot be returned.
