Return and Refund policy
To process a return, please access our customer portal, if you purchased unlimited returns at checkout.
We want you to absolutely LOVE your purchase from Mod Rose Boutique! We promise to do our best to deliver amazing products and the best customer experience possible. That said, we do gladly accept returns, but here are a few things to keep in mind:
- In order to control our costs and keep prices low for you, we will gladly offer you store credit for an item meeting our return guidelines if returned within 14 days of order date. Please email support@modroseboutique.com for a Return Authorization Form, if you did not purchase the $1.98 unlimited returns option at checkout.
- Store credit will be issued within 7 business days of the return arriving at our office for the purchase price of eligible returned merchandise. You will be notified via email that your store credit has been issued, along with instructions on how to redeem it.
- Shipping will not be refunded on any returned items and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless you've chosen the unlimited returns option at checkout.
All returns must:
- Be postmarked within 14 days of ORDER DATE. (Exception: Pre-Orders must be postmarked within 21 days of SHIP DATE.)
- Be received in original, unused condition with original product packaging and original tags attached and not be considered a "Final Sale" item. If an item has stains, smells of cigarette smoke, perfume, or deodorant, has animal hair, or any appearance of being worn, it will not be accepted as a return, and you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
- Include the original invoice or a copy of the order confirmation emailed to you.
- Do not combine items from different orders. ONE order per return package.

Defective Item: If you have received a defective item, please get in touch with us at support@modroseboutique.com within three business days of receiving your shipment. Please include written details about the defect and attach pictures.
Final Sales (no exceptions) All FINAL SALE/CLEARANCE items are FINAL and CANNOT be returned. For hygienic purposes, all sales are final on all swimwear, jewelry, undergarments, hair accessories, hats, beanies, socks, and eyewear and cannot be returned.
