No, we do not - we are an online boutique based out of Chanhassen, Minnesota!
Can I use PayPal to pay?
Yes, we accept PayPal, but please understand that if you checkout with PayPal, we DO NOT have access to PayPal addresses through our software system. Updating your address in PayPal does not reflect in our system. You must double check your address in your account with us to ensure that the package is delivered to the correct address. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address if it was not updated.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders $100+!
- All items posted will be ready to ship unless otherwise noted.
- Items will be shipped within 1-4 business days unless otherwise noted.
- We do not ship on weekends.
- We have a flat rate shipping price of $7.95
- If you need an item sooner, message us, and we will see what we can do to accommodate.
What is your Return Policy?
We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Sale items, jewelry, and accessories are final sale.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Preorder Policies/Information
If you are placing a pre-order with Mod Rose Boutique, please read our guidelines below:
- Payment for item/s is charged immediately.
- Pre-order items have to be purchased separately from ready-to-ship items.
- Placing a pre-order is not a guarantee of purchase. Placing your order right away is recommended, as we fulfill as many pre-orders as we can based on order date. If you order is unable to be fulfilled for any reason, a full refund will be given.
- Pre-order may be canceled, by customer, any time prior to the pre-order deadline date. You will be given a credit for the full amount you paid. Once the order has been placed with the vendor orders CANNOT be cancelled for any refund. If you do need to return item once received, you can do so under our regular return policy.
- The date listed on the pre-order item is approximate shipping window based on the vendor. These dates are subject to change.

- We do our best to fulfill all pre-orders but there are some reasons out of our control that a pre-order may be delayed or unable to be fulfilled including but not limited to; minimum quantity not being met, vendor cancelling the order, defects/damages, out of stock through vendor by the order date, shipping delays due to manufacturing, and so on.
